AI in Clinical Trials Symposium
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming clinical research. From trial design and patient recruitment to data management, monitoring, statistical analysis, and regulatory decision-making, AI is reshaping every stage of clinical development.
The George Institute for Global Health and the University of Bordeaux are pleased to jointly host the international symposium “AI in Clinical Trials”, taking place in Bordeaux, France, on June 25–26, 2026.
This symposium will explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the design, conduct, and interpretation of clinical trials. It will convene a global community of academic researchers, industry leaders, medical journal experts and policymakers to exchange insights and shape the future of clinical research.
The objective of the symposium is to strengthen collaboration, accelerate knowledge sharing, and prepare the clinical research community for the rapid integration of AI technologies. Discussions will address current challenges in clinical trials and highlight how AI and emerging technologies can enhance efficiency, optimize resources, and improve scientific impact.
This inaugural edition is designed to be thought-provoking and action-oriented, fostering new connections across disciplines and laying the foundation for a lasting international forum.
Why attend?
This symposium is designed for clinical trialists, investigators, biostatisticians, data scientists, regulatory experts, industry professionals, and global health leaders seeking to understand how artificial intelligence is transforming clinical research.
